Two products under the Fletcher's Software banner, both opening to alpha users this June. The FS Designer is a multi-year project; The FS Tracker is smaller and newer — built recently to run my own studio.
The FS Designer
A 2D vector graphics and prototyping tool with the design canvas and the prototype layer in the same place. Production-grade boolean operations, Bezier pen tool, and trigger-based interactions. The first step toward Intent Driven Software Development.

The FS Tracker
A project and time management app for solo studios and small teams. Project → phase → task hierarchy, built-in time tracking with billable flags, five calendar views, and pervasive undo. The tool I use to run my own studio.

Two custom systems for one client.
Two independent websites I built for the same client — each with its own database, its own customer and admin sections, and its own security baseline. One client, two separate problems solved end to end.
What each one has
- Its own database and data model — fully separate, no shared infrastructure
- A customer-facing site with accounts and self-serve flows
- A staff-facing admin section
- Authentication, role-based access, and secure handling throughout
What sets each apart
- One has a rich set of customized transactional emails driving the customer lifecycle, reporting on the data the business needs to see, and payment integration via PayPal and Stripe
- The other has barcode scanning workflows and printable product labels for fulfillment
