A few of the things I've built.
Two products of my own — both in alpha — alongside custom systems and websites I've built for clients. Custom code and implementation handled in-house.
The systems businesses run on.
When the work moves past a marketing site into operations, payments, and back-of-house — this is the kind of system I build.
Two businesses, two custom systems.
Two very different businesses for one owner who didn't want one-size-fits-all bloat — lean, secure systems built to fit each one, and extensible enough that he could keep growing them himself.
An online e-book store
- A dynamic, customer-facing site with custom-watermarked PDF e-books — each copy personalized to the buyer, so a shared copy traces straight back to its source
- An extensible content system the owner grows himself: new content carries hooks that pull live data and run custom tasks
- Template-based automated emails, reporting, a complete back-office, and PayPal + Stripe payments
A custom-ingredient food company (Phase 1)
- A secure back-office tracking ingredients and expirations, batches, and finished products
- Fully integrated barcode scanning and custom labels — production runs on scans and prints, not manual logs
Software I make.
Two products under the Fletcher's Software banner, both opened to alpha users in June 2026 and shipping updates weekly since. FS Designer is a multi-year project; FS Tracker is newer — built to run my own studio.

FS Designer
A precise 2D vector design tool — fuzz-tested boolean operations, a Bezier pen tool, design tokens, and trigger-based interactions — that also builds: model your data, plan the screens, and generate the app design, its front end, and its back end. The first step toward Intent Driven Software Development.
Alpha — June 2026FS Tracker
A project, time, and invoicing app for solo studios and small teams. Project → phase → task hierarchy, time tracking split into billable and non-billable, rule-based recurring work, invoices clients pay by card, reports, a calendar, and undo for most edits. The tool I use to run my own studio.
Alpha — June 2026Websites for small businesses.
Custom-coded marketing sites — designed, built, and deployed end to end.

cngaz.com
Marketing site for a compressed natural gas service business. Custom design, hosted on a Plesk-on-Windows stack and fronted by Cloudflare for SSL and edge caching.

Holiday Window Artist
Gallery-style site for a fine artist's hand-painted seasonal storefront windows and murals. Filterable seasonal portfolio with a lightbox, tuned for fast, image-heavy browsing on mobile.

JW Custom Painting L.L.C.
Migrated a Phoenix East Valley house painter off WordPress to a fast custom site — before/after gallery and a spam-filtered contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) that delivers leads straight to the owner's inbox.
Visit jwcustompaintingllc.com →And this site, of course — fletcherssoftware.com is custom code too, written in-house and built to match the rest of the work.
